Anne Flipo

Master Perfumer and recipient of the Fragrance Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award, Anne has created international icons such as La Vie est Belle by Lancôme and Libre by Yves Saint Laurent. She composes with both mathematical precision and bold creativity. Generous and deeply committed, she loves to nurture and inspire the next generation of perfumers.

Anne-Louise Gautier

Perfumer and artist, Anne-Louise is based in Grasse, the birthplace of perfumery. An expert in 100% natural fragrances, she creates modern, daring, and refined compositions such as &Horace for the French men’s cosmetics brand.

Randa Hammami

Born in Damascus, Randa draws on her Oriental roots to craft captivating fragrances. A master of sensual florals and spices, she has signed creations such as Orchidée Vanille for Van Cleef & Arpels, Épic Man for Amouage, and Cruel Gardénia for Guerlain.

Maurice Roucel

A trained chemist and an iconoclastic creator with a flamboyant personality, Maurice has signed great classics such as 24 Faubourg by Hermès, Insolence and L’Instant de Guerlain, Musc Ravageur by Frédéric Malle, and many more. His career has been recognized with numerous awards, including the François Coty Prize and the FiFi Award.

Sylvaine Delacourte

With over 70 creations for Guerlain, including Cuir Beluga and La Petite Robe Noire, Sylvaine orchestrates raw materials and innovative molecules to create olfactory emotions. A bespoke perfumer for an international clientele, she is passionate about transmitting her love of fragrance and sharing the stories behind her creations.
